Delivery information
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. In principle, orders placed before 4pm and whose products are in stock are shipped the same day.
A confirmation email with the tracking number of your package is sent to you at the time of shipment.
Our policy of shipping costs at cost price allows us to offer you the most honest and transparent selling prices on our products possible.
From 150€ we offer you the delivery at the pick-up point (parcel shop) as well as to the Belgian, Luxembourg and Dutch addresses.
An idea: deliveries in parcel shops can be a good alternative if you are not sure you will be present at home when the delivery person arrives. You have the possibility to receive at your best convenience the parcel waiting for you in complete safety at a shop near you!

Deliveries to parcel shops are operated by Mondial Relay: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/
To find a parcel shop near you: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi/ When the order is finalized, the system will let you choose the parcel shop that will best suit you.
It is also possible to come and remove the articles yourself in our premises of Braine-le-Comte in Belgium. In this case no fee will of course be charged to you. Please go to the contact page to make an appointment before your visit.
