Our online shop policy

We apply a permanent low price policy on all the items offered for sale on our webshop. Unless otherwise clearly specified, all these items are in stock and deliverable immediately without having to be previously ordered from our suppliers.

This means that for all these items we could not reasonably offer you a lower price than the one indicated.

However special cases may happen. For those described in more details below, please use the application form at the bottom of the page. We will take care of sending you an email with a quotation.

Non-online shop items

Without going into the details, the fact that the low prices are our leitmotiv and that we are a small structure attentive to its customers in order to satisfy them at best, prevents us from having an extended catalog as some of our large competitors can afford.

However, we can provide you with all the articles of the manufacturers which we deal with, even if these items do not appear on our shelves. Please consult carefully the page listing the brands we sell and do not deviate from those when you send a request.

Special Orders

It is obvious that for the orders containing an unusual number of items, we can adapt the shipping costs and offer you an additional rebate on a case by case basis.

Sales to Professionals

If you are a professional subject to VAT you can also pass an order with us. Please note, however, that the terms and conditions of sale applicable to the professionals are different from those of regular consumers. For an ex-VAT price offer please use the form below.
