With this new bag model, VAUDE has essentially worked on the lightness of the product.
Ultralight and simple in design, they are made from a thin canvas that is both robust and flexible. The front tightening cord makes the bag compressible and also allows you to attach a rain jacket to it, for example.
The 2D technology used for seams and its coil closure make the bags 100% waterproof
The bags are securely attached to the right and left sides of the rear gear rack with the QMR 2.0 system, which also allows for easy adjustment and quick on-and-off. The hooks can be adapted to different tube diameters (8 to 16 mm) thanks to the supplied adapters.
With a bike lock, they can be directly locked onto the QMR hook.
The Soft Back relies on proven Hard Back technology, but gives up the fully enveloping plastic plate in order to achieve significantly reduced total weight and more flexibility for fastening.
In addition to the spacious main compartment, there are two separate interior pouches, one of which is zippered.
