Satisfied or your money back (right of withdrawal)

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

Any item that does not suit can be returned without having to justify the reason. The only condition is that we are notified by email within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Items returned must be in their original condition, clean, in their original package containing all accessories and user guides / documentation. Incomplete, damaged, dirty or visibly used items will not be refunded.

You will be refunded for all returned items as well as the shipping costs of the order if the whole order is returned.

Before any return, you need to send us an email:

  • info@randobikeshop.com
  • invoice number
  • list of items you want to return
  • title (name – address) and account number (IBAN – BIC) for the refund

Afterwards you will receive an email with instructions for the return (carrier, address…)

The items must be sent back without delay within a maximum of 14 days.

Warning: even if we refund you the ordered items as well as the delivery costs, the return costs remain at your expense.

Incorrect or defective products

You can also return the items that are:

  • defective
  • no corresponding to your order
  • do not comply with the product sheet description

The procedure is the same as described above. In your notification email, please also specify:

  • a brief description of the reason for the return (defect, error, non-conformity…)
  • if you want an exchange or a refund.

In this case, the return shipping costs will also be refunded at the condition you have scrupulously followed the instructions we have given you in advance.
